Returns & Refunds
We totally understand that shopping online can be tricky, so if your purchase isn't quite what you were expecting please don't hesitate to return it to us.
What to do if your purchase isn't quite right
We offer a full return & refund policy to our customers if the product that they have received isn’t suitable for any of the following reasons:
- Doesn’t fit
- Damaged or faulty
- Wrong item
- Not what was expected from online image
Returns must be sent back or returned to store within 14 working days from the date of receiving the product to:
Fishboy PZ, 10 Chapel Street, Penzance, Cornwall, TR18 4AJ
Clearly mark on the returns slip the reason for the return and indicate whether a replacement, credit note or refund is required. If a replacement is preferred and the stock is available to replace the returned item it will be sent out with no additional postage & packaging charge.
To ensure an easy returns process, all returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
Any returns must adhere to the following conditions:
- All garment labels intact
- All garments must be returned in the exact condition that they were sent in
- All garments must not be marked
- All garments must not have been washed or cleaned
***We are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons***
Please note that all items must be returned via a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. We process refunds directly to the card or account that made the original purchase within 7 working days of receiving a return.
Fishboy PZ are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
