It is cut from Rains' signature waterproof and breathable fabric, keeping you warm and comfortable in the coldest of climates. Features include a 2-way coated zip closure, fleece-lined side pockets, and an internal chest pocket. The silhouette is finished with an insulated drawstring hood.
