By ordering from Fishboy PZ the customer is accepting to receive emails from Fishboy PZ with promotional information and exclusive offers.
The customer also accepts responsibility to adhere to the Stripe terms and conditions (found here) and agrees that they are fully aware of our returns policy. Any returns must adhere to the following conditions:
- All garment labels intact
- All garments must be returned in the exact condition that they were sent in
- All garments must not be marked
- All garments must not have been washed or cleaned
For international deliveries duty & tax may be payable upon delivery if orders exceed £100.
If you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so that we can make things right.
To ensure an easy returns process, all returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
Please note that all items must be returned via a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. We process refunds directly to the card or account that made the original purchase within 7 working days of receiving a return.
Fishboy PZ are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
