For UK deliveries postage & packaging is £4 for all orders below £60.
For UK deliveries postage & packaging is free for all orders of £60 or above.
Collect in store enables customers to pick up their order from the store and ensure that all items are the correct size and style before taking them home.
For international deliveries, postage & packaging is charged at £15 for orders below £150. For international deliveries, postage & packaging is calculated at 10% of basket value for all orders of £150 or above.

Returns Policy
We offer a full return & refund policy to our customers if the product that they have received isn’t suitable for any of the following reasons:
- Doesn’t fit
- Damaged or faulty
- Wrong item
- Not what was expected from online image
Returns must be sent back or returned to store within 14 working days from the date of receiving the product to:

Clearly mark on the returns slip the reason for the return and indicate whether a replacement, credit note or refund is required. If a replacement is preferred and the stock is available to replace the returned item it will be sent out with no additional postage & packaging charge.
If you are not happy with the quality of your order or believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us so that we can make things right.
To ensure an easy returns process, all returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.
Please note that all items must be returned via a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. We process refunds directly to the card or account that made the original purchase within 7 working days of receiving a return.
Fishboy PZ are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
